Session 2 - 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Serving and Return of Serve, Multi Feed Routines developing shots/movement from Session 1

Sunday

Session 3 - 9.30am – 12.30pm
Drives and Defence, Multifeeds and restricted practice routines.
Lunch at 12.30pm 
Session 4 - 1.30pm – 4.30pm
Tactics, Rotation, Multifeed, Games to put lessons into Practice, Option to go over what has been done or particular requests.

Courses and Coaching weekends

The club caters for all standard of player, from beginners to serious team players. We offer residential personal performance courses for individuals of all levels and club coaching weekends.

CoachingWith club coaching weekends (minimum of eight players) it is usually possible to speak to the Coach beforehand to discuss any specific coaching requests.
